Health at Home provides Home Health and Private Duty Services for the following counties: Kane, Dupage, Cook, Lake, McHenry, Will, and Kendall. We are ACHC Accredited and hold three IL Licenses-- Home Health, Private Duty Nursing, and Home Services. We have been in the market 15+ years caring for clients in their homes. We have two branches--- 2100 Manchester Road Wheaton and 1302 W. Northwest Hwy Palatine. We have tenured staff and many years of experience in caring for clients in their homes and care/services are focused to meet their individual needs, and coordinating with their MD's, family, and clinical teams.
